소니 전기차 '비전-S 02(VISION-S 02)' 공개

소니가 미국 라스베이거스에서 개최된 'CES 2022'을 통해 올 봄에 '소니 모빌리티(Sony Mobility Inc.)'를 설립해 전기차 시장에 진출할 계획이라고 밝혔습니다. 소니는 2년 전 CES에서 세단형 콘셉트카 '비전-S'를 공개한적이 있습니다. 이번 'CES 2022'을 통해 새로운 SUV형 프로토타입 '비전-S 02(VISION-S 02)'를 공개하고 해당 모델은 일반 도로에서 테스트 중인 비전-S 01과 동일한 EV/클라우드 플랫폼을 사용하고 있다고 설명했습니다. 소니의 비전-S 02는 7인승 SUV 형태로 넓은 실내 공간과 함께 다양한 변형을 활용한 엔터테인먼트 경험이 주요 특징입니다.

행사장에서 공개된 비전-S 02는 200㎾ 용량의 전기모터 2개를 탑재했고, 중량은 2,479㎏으로 전해졌습니다.

Sony announced that it plans to establish Sony Mobility Inc. this spring through CES 2022 held in Las Vegas, USA, to enter the electric vehicle market. Sony unveiled its sedan concept car Vision-S at CES two years ago. Through this CES 2022, the new SUV prototype "Vision-S02 (VISION-S02)" was unveiled, and the model explained that it is using the same EV/cloud platform as Vision-S01 being tested on ordinary roads. Sony's Vision-S02 is a 7-seater SUV with a large indoor space and entertainment experience using various variations.

The Vision-S02, unveiled at the venue, is equipped with two 200kW electric motors and weighs 2,479kg.
