11번가 테이프리스 친환경 택배상자 도입

 

11번가는 접착테이프 자체를 사용하지 않고 조립해 쓰는 방식으로 100% 재활용이 가능한 '테이프리스'(tapeless) 택배 상자를 도입합니다.

11번가 MD가 직접 선별한 ‘십일초이스’ 상품 중 일부를 대상으로, 지난 1월부터 테이프를 모두 없애 해체 및 분리배출이 용이한 친환경 ‘테이프리스’(tapeless) 박스에 담아 배송하기 시작했습니다.

테이프리스 박스는 3kg 이하 가벼운 상품들을 담을 수 있는 1호 크기로 제작됐습니다.

직배송하는 상품에 쓰는 나머지 2∼5호 크기 상자는 재활용 소재로 만들고 종이테이프를 쓰고 있습니다.

11번가는 3월부터는 비닐 완충재를 종이 완충재로 바꿀 계획입니다.

또한, 추후 일반 셀러(판매자)들에게도 친환경 재활용 택배 패키지를 판매할 계획이라고 합니다.

11th Street plans to change vinyl buffer into paper buffer from March.
